Also known as ‘Softwashing’, this is a safe and eco-friendly cleaning process which will remove all algae, lichen, fungi and mould spores from the render. This low pressure cleaning process will not damage the render, and upon completion will restore the render to its original condition. We use this cleaning method on K-Rend, Parex, Monocouche render, and pebbledashed properties.

Low pressure is primarily used on Sandstone patios and paths. This is because usually, sandstone is a lot softer than other patio variants such as concrete, and a high powered pressure washer can blow the joints out between the slabs, and even chip away at the sandstone itself. Again, as with the low pressure render cleaning method, this low pressure patio cleaning method will not damage the sandstone, and will bring all of the colour back to the stone, while also removing any discolouration and black spots.

For some surfaces, a low pressure cleaning method will not cut it, and this is where the trusty high powered pressure washer comes out to play. This cleaning method will be used on block paving driveways, brick walls and concrete patios, paths and driveways.
